What is it?
Creatine HCl or creatine hydrochloride is one of the newest forms of creatine to hit the market by storm in the last few years. It has many advantages of other forms of creatine such as monohydrate, ethyl ester, and magnesium chelated. Creatine hcl is found in many products today but most of them use the incorrect dose to maximize the effects of creatine hcl. Creatine HCl can be thought of as a concentrated creatine. With dosing ranging from 1.5 to 3 grams, creatine hcl requires less material to generate the same effect as monohydrate. Other advantages include
- Greater strength gains over other forms of creatine
- Virtually no bloating when compared to creatine monohydrate
- Safe and effective like creatine monohydrate
- No loading required to maximize effects
- Carbohydrate intake does not have to altered to maximize effects
