Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, Monday – Friday, paid with a credit card or Paypal without complication. For orders placed with a check or money order, we will not ship your order until the check is received and funds are cleared. On the rare occasion a product ordered is out of stock, we will inform you promptly through email or a telephone call and give you a general time your product will be back in stock and generally ship out the rest of your order immediately.

Flat-rate shipping is a unique service for a company like ours to offer. However, there are some caveats. First, when you select flat-rate shipping, we determine which shipping method for you based on cost to us. Depending on order size, orders may ship via Priority Mail, Fedex Ground, or Fedex SmartPost. If you select "Typical Protein Jug" for a packaging option, this disqualifies the flat-rate shipping option. At this time we simply cannot ship packages in a costly manner in many cases when that option is selected. 

We ship all domestic (USA) packages using FedEx or USPS, you have a variety of options from Ground to Next Day Service. Packages going to the west coast generally take 4 business days to receive using ground service and closer states to Pennsylvania and Florida, packages are generally delivered on the 2nd business day. FedEx delivers to some areas on Saturday, please check with carrier. No deliveries are made on Sunday. If you select Next Day Service on Friday, you will not receive until Monday morning. All orders placed after 3 pm EST on Friday will not go out until Monday or the next business day.

 

FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes, we need a physical address for shipping. Please fill out a physical address in the shipping address field of the check out of the shopping cart if your billing address is a PO box. Not doing so will delay the delivery of your order.

 

We currently ship only in the Domestic USA including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. For residents in Canada, please call us and we can try to have FedEx broker the package so that you do not have any additional expenses on duty tax. We cannot guarantee this but we can try for you our valued customer.

 

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

 

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you, our customers, to be completely satisfied, this is our top priority. We will allow returns of products that have not been opened, that are non-customized and are not in “bulk” or “raw” form. They may be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Please contact customerservice@rxwhey.com in this event for further instructions.

Customers wishing to return or exchange merchandise must contact us prior to returning anything for a Return Authorization Number. Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Once we receive your request we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. You MUST wait to receive the Return Authorization Number!

No Return Authorization Numbers will be given over 14 days from purchase date. If in the rare occasion that Prescription Nutrition ships a product that is incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the package. At that time, Prescription Nutrition will have FedEx pick up the product that is incorrect and unopened and ship new product out at no additional charge as quickly as possible

If you are unsure if you will like a product, order 1-2 pounds to start and increase from that point.

If a refund is in order you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
